The Osteria’s premises date back to the late fifteenth century, when they were originally built as a guesthouse for the ancient Monastery of Lavello, which still offers visitors today an extraordinary and perfectly preserved 14th-century church.

In the 18th century, the building was transformed into a farmhouse, which over the centuries has evolved and been renovated into the place you see today.
